FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
The 'Old Dominion', or Virginia State, as it is more commonly called, recently signed a process server contract with Process Forwarding International. The one-year contract may be renewed for up to three years after the initial duration. For PFI, this is presently one of several large state process serving contracts acquired in 2005.
The Commonwealth of Virginia Child Support Enforcement contract includes PFI's process service in all of Virginia's 95 counties, plus their 39 independent cities. Furthermore, PFI's services are even broader, allowing all Commonwealth of Virginia Child Support Enforcement pleadings to be served anywhere in the country or internationally. Online data that PFI provides allows the Commonwealth of Virginia Child Support Enforcement to measure progress, and thus, better prepare for their civil actions without unnecessary worries.
On a repeated basis, all of PFI's orders are individually scanned, tracked, monitored, and updated in real-time via the web. Such things as special service requests, court deadlines, and court filings are not an issue for PFI's professional staff. PFI is willing to process and answer every client's distinctive desires.
