FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
In 2005, California's Sonoma County Department of Child Support Services has agreed to perform a four-year contract with Process Forwarding International and its founding business associate ABC Legal Services, Inc. The Sonoma Department of Child Support Services will allocate a maximum payment of $145,000 in turn for PFI's process service, which openly assists in serving pleadings.
In 2003, prior to the current contract, PFI/ABC Legal Services embarked on a smaller budgeted contract with Sonoma County's Department of Child Support Services. Months later, in 2004, Sonoma's Child Support Services Director, Cynthia Moore, personally extended the same contract for another six-month term. In the contract extension, the director allotted a greater maximum payment of approximately $80,000 for PFI's process services. After which, PFI was quickly recognized as a necessity and valuable legal resource for Sonoma County Child Support.
In the past and present, PFI has implemented local, national, and international process service for Sonoma County's Department of Child Support Services. PFI also provides these identical services to roughly twenty-three other counties within the Golden State of California. All of which have received more than tens of thousands of served documents across the world from PFI's process servers.
